Barney O’ Neill is a Chartered Engineer having graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Barney has over 20 years experience in both design and construction having worked on various high profile projects in Dublin including the Green and Red Luas lines.
